No two homes are the same. A lock-up-and-leave apartment requires something very different from a secluded lakefront property with extensive grounds, outbuildings, specialist systems or a boathouse. How you use your home is different too. That's why Bellmont doesn't ask you to choose from a set of standard packages. We begin by getting to know your property and understanding how you want it cared for. We'll discuss how often you're away, check the requirements of your individual insurance policy, understand what you currently manage from a distance and establish what you would rather hand over to us. From there, we create an individual property care plan with a clear monthly retainer based on your home and the level of support you want. And when something falls outside your regular arrangement, you still have one trusted local contact to call.

Based locally in the Lake District, Hayley combines hands-on property management experience with an extensive network of trusted tradespeople and local contacts. Alongside managing holiday let properties, her background in personal care and household support has been built around something fundamental to Bellmont: being dependable, practical and trusted to take care of the things that matter to other people. Hayley is Bellmont's presence on the ground, getting to know each property personally and drawing on her local relationships whenever something needs attention.

Kim's background spans regulated financial services, wealth management, luxury asset management and private concierge. Experienced in the management and maintenance of high-value assets, she understands the discretion, organisation and attention to detail expected by private clients, together with the importance of knowing that valuable property is in trusted hands and carefully protected.
